Appointments can be booked online through our booking system and are available up to three months in advance.
To secure your appointment, a valid payment method is required at the time of booking. No payment will be taken unless our cancellation policy is not followed.
If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, don’t worry. Our facial treatments are designed to be flexible and results-focused, and we are happy to recommend the most suitable option based on your skin concerns and goals.
Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive a confirmation email along with any consultation forms that may need to be completed before your visit. These forms must be submitted before your appointment to ensure your treatment can be carried out safely and effectively.
By booking an appointment with Stay Beautiful, you agree to the studio policies outlined on this page.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments can be cancelled or moved directly through our online booking system up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you are unable to do this, please contact us via our dedicated Stay Beautiful WhatsApp on +44 7457 411610.
Please note that we do not accept appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests via social media direct messages.
More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
24 hours or less before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled treatment cost will be charged to the payment method used to secure your booking.
Missed appointments or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled treatment cost will be charged.
As a small independent business, late cancellations and missed appointments can have a significant impact on the studio. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you and allows us the opportunity to offer appointments to clients on our waiting list.
By booking an appointment with Stay Beautiful, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Please arrive at your appointment time, as all treatment times include any necessary consultation, preparation and aftercare advice.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, to avoid disrupting clients booked after you, your treatment time may need to be shortened. The full treatment fee will still apply.
If your late arrival means there is not enough time to safely or effectively carry out your treatment, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
If you think you may be running late, please contact us via our dedicated Stay Beautiful WhatsApp on +44 7457 411610 as soon as possible. While we will always try to help where we can, we cannot guarantee that additional time will be available.
We recommend allowing extra time for parking and travel, particularly during busy periods.

Your safety is our priority. To ensure treatments can be carried out safely and effectively, all clients are required to complete a consultation form and provide accurate information about their health, medications and skincare routine.
Please let us know if there have been any changes to your health, medication, pregnancy status or medical history since your last visit, as this may affect the suitability of certain treatments.
In some circumstances, we may need to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if we believe it is not safe to proceed. This decision is always made with your wellbeing in mind.
If you are unsure whether a medical condition, medication or recent treatment may affect your appointment, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to advise.
Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may limit our ability to carry out your treatment safely. By attending your appointment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Some treatments offered at Stay Beautiful require a patch test to be completed before your appointment. If a patch test is required, this will be clearly stated when booking.
Patch tests are carried out to help ensure treatments can be performed safely and to reduce the risk of adverse reactions. Where required, patch tests must be completed within the timeframe advised by Stay Beautiful.
If a required patch test has not been completed before your appointment, we may be unable to carry out your treatment. In these circumstances, the appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation policy may apply.
If you have experienced any changes to your health, medication, allergies or skin condition since your patch test was performed, please let us know before your appointment, as a new patch test may be required.

To help maintain the calm and relaxing environment of the studio, we kindly ask that only clients attending an appointment enter the treatment room.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children who are not receiving a treatment, and children should not be left unattended in the studio at any time.
If you require assistance during your appointment, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We respectfully ask that friends, partners and family members do not accompany you to your appointment unless previously arranged with Stay Beautiful.
Clients aged 12–17 are welcome to receive selected facial treatments. A parent or guardian must complete the consultation process and remain present in the studio for the duration of the appointment. Certain treatments may be restricted based on age, suitability and insurance requirements.
These guidelines help us ensure a safe, comfortable and relaxing experience for all clients visiting Stay Beautiful.

Stay Beautiful gift vouchers make the perfect gift and can be redeemed against treatments and retail products available within the studio.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance after a purchase will remain on the voucher until the expiry date.
If a booking made using a gift voucher is cancelled or rescheduled outside of our cancellation policy, the value of the missed appointment may be deducted from the voucher balance.
Please bring your gift voucher details with you when attending your appointment. Lost, stolen or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or extended.

Stay Beautiful operates a loyalty card programme to thank our regular clients for their continued support.
Clients will receive one stamp for each qualifying treatment appointment attended. Once five stamps have been collected, the card can be redeemed for 30% off a single treatment.
Loyalty cards must be presented at the time of each appointment to receive a stamp and at the time of redemption. Lost, damaged or incomplete cards cannot be replaced, and stamps cannot be added retrospectively.
The loyalty reward cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, course or package unless otherwise stated.
Stay Beautiful reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time.

From time to time, Stay Beautiful may offer treatment courses, packages, promotional offers and complimentary upgrades.
Unless otherwise stated, all courses, packages and promotional offers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any expiry dates associated with a course, package, promotional offer or complimentary treatment must be used within the stated timeframe. Expired offers cannot be extended or redeemed after their expiry date.
Courses and packages are intended for use by the individual named at the time of purchase and cannot be shared between multiple people.
Promotional offers, discounts and complimentary treatments cannot usually be combined with any other offer unless specifically stated.
If an appointment booked as part of a course, package or promotion is cancelled outside of our cancellation policy, the relevant session may be deducted from the remaining balance.
Stay Beautiful reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions and special offers at any time. This does not affect treatments, courses or packages that have already been purchased within their valid redemption period.

From time to time, Stay Beautiful may choose to support selected charities, community groups and fundraising events through the donation of treatments, gift vouchers or prizes.
As a small independent business, we limit our charitable support to causes that have a genuine personal connection to the studio, our clients, our local community or causes that are particularly meaningful to us.
We do not accept unsolicited requests for donations, raffle prizes, sponsorship or fundraising support by email, telephone, social media or in person. Requests received through these channels will not receive a response.
Any charitable support offered by Stay Beautiful is initiated at our discretion and should not be expected as part of any fundraising, competition or promotional activity.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for thinking of Stay Beautiful.

At Stay Beautiful, we want every client to enjoy a calm, comfortable and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive.
We kindly ask that mobile phones are switched to silent during your appointment and that calls are avoided wherever possible to help maintain a peaceful environment for both you and other clients.
Please treat the studio, equipment and furnishings with care and respect. We reserve the right to refuse treatment or ask a client to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, threatening or abusive towards members of the Stay Beautiful team or other clients.
Stay Beautiful is an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, discrimination, harassment or hate speech of any kind. Any client displaying this behaviour will be asked to leave immediately, their appointment will be terminated and they will not be permitted to make future bookings with Stay Beautiful.
For the comfort of all visitors, we ask that food, alcohol and smoking are not brought into the studio.
Above all, we ask that everyone contributes to the welcoming, respectful and inclusive atmosphere that Stay Beautiful is proud to offer.
