Bookings, Reschedules & Cancellations
Stay Beautiful is an appointment-only salon.
Our online booking system requires a payment method to be added to your booking to secure your appointment. No payment is taken unless the booking policy below is not followed.
If you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment, we simply ask that you notify at least 48 hours before the appointment, this will be at no charge.
If you cancel, change or move your appointment 24 hours or less we will charge 50% of your total treatment cost on the payment method used to secure your booking..
In the case of missing your appointment with no notification, we will charge 100% of the missed treatment cost.
To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
Please do advise if you are running late, as we may not be able to complete your treatment, and need to reschedule. This would count as a last-minute cancellation and would therefore be chargeable as stated above.
If there are multiple instances of not adhering to the policy, we reserve the right to withdraw services and bookings will no longer be accepted.
Looking After You
Your comfort and safety are our priority, therefore we ask that all clients disclose any health information that may impact your treatment with us.
All clients must fill in a full consultation form before any new treatment and may be asked to have a patch test.
We welcome our younger clients, but those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
When applicable we will offer pre & post-treatment advice, by booking an appointment with us you consent to follow these guidelines.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your treatment, please notify us immediately, as we will not be able to advise nor correct after home removals or treatments performed by another technician.
With Nail treatments, we will be happy to correct any issues within 48 - 78 hours of the treatment, please call for more information.
Visiting The Studio
To help you relax and enjoy your treatment fully, Stay Beautiful has a Strict No Children Policy, we also ask that You Arrive at Your Appointment Alone unless you have informed us previously.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased in studio from £10 upwards.
Please note that they can only be used towards treatments only.
Gift Cards are strictly non-transferable or refundable at anytime.
Stay Beautiful does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
Gift Cards are valid for one year from date of purchase, unless advised.
Treatment Courses
Treatment courses must be paid in full at first appointment and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person, nor to treatments or products outside of the treatment the course was purchased for.
Treatment Courses are valid for the time stated when booked, courses must be used within this time frame, unused treatments will not be refunded or extended.
Loyalty card discounts cannot be redeemed on treatment courses.
Loyalty Scheme
Our loyal customers mean the world to us, and this is why we are happy to offer the Stay Beautiful Loyalty Card. For every five full price treatments, you will receive 30% off a treatment of your choice.
The following terms and conditions apply:
The Loyalty Card has no monetary value and is therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Your loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with gift voucher payment, treatment courses (such as Dermalux) or any offers and deals.
Your loyalty card if redeemed for treatment does not qualify as a salon visit on your new loyalty card
Stay Beautiful does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
To collect Loyalty stamps, your Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase
The Loyalty Card remains the property of Stay Beautiful, which reserves the right at any time without notice to terminate the scheme, decline to issue Loyalty Cards and on reasonable grounds withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Cards and the stamps collected, or amend or alter the terms of the scheme.
Reasonable grounds include but are not limited to any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, use of the Loyalty Card in breach of these terms and conditions or any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a Loyalty Cardholder
Refer-A-Friend
Want to share the Stay Beautiful love and be rewarded? We are happy to offer the Stay Beautiful Refer-a-Friend card.
Give your friend one of our special cards, and they will receive £10 off of their first booking over £30. As a thank you, once they have redeemed their offer, you will receive £10 off of your next treatment too!
The following terms and conditions apply:
Refer-a-Friend discount can only be redeemed on treatments over £30 for both new customers and referring clients.
The Refer-a-Friend scheme is for brand-new clients only and cannot be backdated.
New clients can only use a new Refer-a-Friend card once.
For those who Refer-a-Friend, the £10 discount can be used on one complete booking (visit) at a time, although you can refer more than one friend, any additional referral discounts can be used individually on future complete bookings.
The Refer-a-Friend card has no monetary value and is therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Your Refer-a-Friend card cannot be used in conjunction with gift voucher payment, loyalty card discount redemption or any offers and deals.

To redeem your £10 as a new client, your Refer-a-Friend card must be filled out with the referees' name and must be presented at the time of purchase. This will then be noted on your friend's account so they can receive their £10 redemption on their next treatment over £30.
Referral discounts can only be used once the new client has had and paid in full for their first treatment, referral discounts must be used within 6 months of the new client's completed booking.
